Global Telesales of Canada, Inc. provides customer services in English and French, 7 days a week between 8:00 am and 10:30 pm . We deliver services for the United States and Canada, two of Lufthansa’s global markets.
We are part of Lufthansa's Global Telesales Network with a current total of 8 Call Centres that service Lufthansa clients across all time zones around the globe.

Community Support
Social Projects: iThema School
On a global basis, we support the iThemba School in South Africa. In co-operation with our sister Centre in Cape Town and the Help Alliance, a non-profit organization founded by Lufthansa employees, Global Telesales supports an English Pre-Primary School in the disadvantaged Informal settlement area in Philippi, Cape Town, South Africa.
